Hello All

I have a broadband connection from ACT and with TP-LINK router , I have converted it to a WIFI setup. In the router configuration , I setup the "Parental Control" as mentioned in the help pages . But unfortunalty the system where I need the controls to be enabled is not working

 

Please find the router details , and the parental control screenshots for reference. Need immediate help on this

Try to use a different web browser or even a different computer to see if it could be a GUI issue.

 

If that does not work, if possible, try factory defaulting the router, and see if parental controls could now be enabled.

 

Another thing you can try is to update the router again with the latest firmware, even though it already does have it.
