Hi

I got an ax3000 on black friday and wifi6 worked great on my S10 with Android 9. When I upgraded the S10 to Android 10 I couldn't connect to the ax3000. I reset the router and phone a couple of times and no luck. The S10 with Android connects to my xfinity non-wifi6 router just like it always has.

Anyone else having this problem or have any suggestions?

Thanks

@Musical123

FYI

There must have been a sw push to ax3000 as all of the sudden my S10 with UI 2.0 is working.

@Musical123

I am also experiencing this problem, ALL of my Samsung devices (s10+, note 10+, and s8+) have issues with obtaining an IP from my Archer ax3000, I restart it and it connect but then hours later it kicks me back off, it is maddening.

@JoshuaJam

Hi

I got a firmware update that appears to have fixed this.

@Booboo2

The S10 appears to be working, but the router just locked up again.  I need to figure this out,

@Musical123 the new firmware update fixed my problem with my note 10+, and it has been working wonderful ever since. Sorry to hear yours locked up again, try re-installing the firmware maybe?
