No I mean I cannot turn off 2.4 ghz or 5 ghz radio signal, but it says I can in the manual. The manual also says I can check bandwidth from the Deco app, but there is no option in the app for it

If you have the Deco M4 the firmware may not be out yet.

If you have the Deco M5 or Deco M9 provide some screenshots so we can see what you are looking at.

I have the W2400 and we are having the same issue. In wireless settings there’s nothing about 2.4 or 5ghz

If you are seeing otherwise please provide a picture or screenshot what you are referencing so we can look into it.

Do not act like we are stupid. We both know you all updated the user guide after seeing this post. You did not update to well though. The user guide still shows we have options for WPS and Bandwidth testing. Neither is actually available in the app. Tell your editors to quit copying and pasting from other equipment. I bought this based on the number of options available according to the user guide which I downloaded before making the purchase. Here is the screenshot
