Hi ,

      I am having connection issues with Deco M5 connecting to devices in my house. I just set up one Deco device as of now, and every now and then my devices are not connecting to wifi. I tried Deco IPV4 with stantic dynamic IP modes but did not see any difference with problem. What could be the issue?

Look at the main Deco unit that is wired to the modem. If your devices experience connection issues, and the LED is red on the Deco unit it is no longer receiving internet from the modem.

 

If the LED stays green, look at the other LED lights to see what color or if they change color. If they all stay green, swap one of the statllite units with the main Deco unit.
