Hi,
after missing the roaming feature, I did a firmware update from my M5360 (v1) mobile router. Before I did a backup from my configuration. The firmware update ran without problems. Unfortunately, the configuration has been reset. And that’s the problem, I have lost the sticker with the wireless information.

Is there a way to play back the backup without wireless connection, because now I can`t connect the router?

And by the way, the TP link support is really bad. I made a support request a week ago and have not received an answer until today. The support chat does not work either.
