Am I wrong?
I have the Archer C1200 and this
http://www.tp-link.com/us/faq-1555.html
says it applies to it, but it clearly does not.
I do not have a WDS option anywhere that I can see.
I really need to know if I'm wrong or not.
I have 3 of these things and if WDS doesn't work (or even exist) then I'll have to send them back :\

Same boat for me! Lucky I found this out with only a few days left to return to amazon. I followed the instructions here
http://www.tp-link.com/us/faq-825.html (which specifically apply to our model, the C5 v2) and found in my wireless settings
no option for WDS.
Very disappointing. My previous router was ASUS, I may go back to that brand. I did try to upgrade to the latest firmware from TP-Link and the router told me it was unable to upgrade (yes, chose correct hardware model and location)

This router seriously needs this function. I've tried to use it as a main and a wds compatible wr1043nd as the secondary but it's also not working.
Can anyone tell if it's hw or sw related? I wonder if a new fw could solve this.
