I have a Quantum Fiber C5500XK that was recently installed. QF tech had no clue how to configure the QF modem/router into transparent bridge mode so that my Deco BE63 can handle the router functions. I've changed the C5500XK into transparent bridge mode but there must be something else to change because I lose internet and my Deco just has red lights. Has anyone successfully configured the C5500XK into transparent bridge mode and have their Deco mesh system become the router? By the way I attempted this again and of course lost internet and called QF tech support who set my modem back up with router functionality. They told me that my Deco BE63 must not be compatible with their QF equipment, are they right? Thanks in advance.
