Greetings!

Our Home Network is set up with as follows:

Archer 55 Pro (AX3000) is connected to Xfinity Cable Modem and RE315 is connected as one mesh. Inside the home, The WiFi Signal is good.

But the signal is weak out side the home. Specially in the front and backyards. Our Total area of coverage including front and backyard is less than 7000 square feet.

We only use for Internet connectivity. We don't have gaming or High Streaming devices.

What would be a better and reliable solution to extend our WiFi outside our home.

Regards,

Murali

@muralikanaga I would suggest access points or range extenders placed either next to a window, or outside. TP-Link sells both indoor and outdoor devices for network expansion. The outdoor devices would require some drilling to anchor the devices and create a wiring ingress (if your home doesn't have easy-access, exterior utility/wiring inlets), and devices that can provide "PoE" (Power over Ethernet).

Do not place the extender or MESH units to far from the main router. They need to be in a place where they get a good signal so it can pass the signal on.
