I have a new Deco 6E with three units. They have all been working fine for about a week but today one of the satellite units is not connecting. It stays on solid green and the app can fine the unit. Initially is said the unit was offline and I couldn't get it to connect so I removed the unit from the app and I'm not trying to add it as a new unit. It still stays green even after unplugging the unit, resetting the unit, unplugging the other units, restarting the iPhone, reinstalling the app on the iPhone, plugging it in directly via ethernet
