Firmware Version: 1.2.11 Build 20240724 Rel. 38913

I have a mesh network comprised of 3 XE75 Pro nodes and 1 Deco M5 node. The "Main" node is an XE75 Pro.

Randomly, the Main node will stop accepting connections on the 5GHz frequency. It still accepts/maintains connections on 2.4GHz and 6GHz frequencies. All of the other nodes in the mesh continue to accept and maintain 2.4GHz, 5GHz, and 6GHz connections.

Network Configuration:

  • Operation Mode: Wi-Fi Router
  • All nodes are connected via wired ethernet backhaul.
  • Nodes are scheduled to reboot on Sunday mornings at 3:00am
  • Beamforming disabled
  • Fast roaming enabled
  • All 3 frequencies share the same SSID
  • Guest network disabled
  • IoT network disabled

The only solution I've found to this problem is to reboot the Main node.

The 3 XE75 Pro nodes are only 1 month old. The M5 node is about 4 years old and was part of the original mesh network comprised of 4 Deco M5s that ran great for almost 4 years. All nodes are running the latest firmware.

This problem just started happening in the past 10 days or so.

Any suggestions on how to proceed with debugging this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

-Scott
