Connecting M Deco 6e to IQPump01
i'm not sure how to tell what hardware version I'm on. App says I'm up to date on firmware.
- I did a factory reset on my Jandy IQPump01 to redo the connection.
- I turned on the guest wifi and set it only 2.4ghz.
- I also turned off 4 ghz on my main network.
- I'm able to connect my phone to the IQpump correctly. However it never finds any networks for me to join. I'm all out of ideas.

Hey @CarolNC,
Is the IQPump able to detect any nearby networks? Or is it only the Deco's network that it can't detect?
If you haven't already tried, I'd recommend enabling the IoT Network on your Deco Network.
You can open the Deco app, then select More → IoT Network.
After enabling the IoT Network and assigning it an SSID/password, check whether your IQPump can detect the network.

I doubt this is the problem but I would double check to make sure you didn't hide the SSID number

If it is not detecting any nearby networks at all, then this would likely indicate the root of the issue is not the Deco, but possibly the network configuration on the IQPump01 device. I would suggest reaching out to the manufacturer of your IQPump01 device for additional insights and/or support with the device's network connectivity.
