I cannot connect laptops to Deco router. It wants network security key. I am not sure where to find this.

A security key is the samething as a network password. What every you used as the password when you set up the Deco system is what it's asking for. You can find it by opening the Deco app and going to More > Wi-Fi settings and tapping on password.
