Can anyone provide that?
Typically, a login portal for a network will be presented immediately after a device connects to the network. This then depends on if you also have a Wi-Fi password on your network. If there is a password, then the password must be given, and then the login portal will be seen. If you do not have a password set, then anyone can connect to the network and would then be given the login page before their device can communciate through the network.
