I'm having trouble setting up my XE75 Pro with Verizon Fios.
the setup isn't "plug-and-play" as it was advertised. I plugged in the WAN Ethernet cable for the Fios ONT to the Deco's port, but it didn't recognize any router
please advise

Most ISPs use what is called Dynamic IP mode. But some ISP may require you to configure the WAN port in a specific way. If the standard Dynamic is not working then this may be the case for you. You would want to reach out to Verizon and ask for how you should configure your WAN. That will then allow you to change the WAN settings and configure the router as indicated.

I also just bought the XE75 Pro and have Verizon Fios in NY. I spent several hours today trying to get it to work but keep getting a "no internet" error after the wi-fi network is created. Searching online, it seems others have had similar issues, but I don't see a clear explanation on how to resolve this. I don't want to use the XE75 in AP mode. I'm still debating whether to simply return the unit. If anyone finds a clear answer to this, please let me know.
