Hi I want to install my network card and the PC doesn't recognize my card on Device Manager and it only shows in hidden devices.
The LED appears to be working but the card doesn't do anything.

Welcome to the community. Your initial post indicated that your TL-WN881ND is hardware Version 1 (V1). If so, then this may be the culprit.
V1 supports up to Windows 8. You can find the compatible Operating Systems on the V1 Driver Page here.
If you are running Windows 8.1, hardware V2 of the TL-WN881ND (or a newer adapter in general) may be needed for driver support on your Windows 8.1 system.
