Need VLAN Help

Hardware Version: V7
Firmware Version: 1.0.0 Build 20230616 Rel.34205
I recently purchased a new TL-SG1024DE.
I am trying to setup VLANs with tagging.
Is this a correct beginning?
I can get out to the Internet but not sure this if this is the best practice way to handle this.
