I'm not tech savvy, my router reset took me back to tp-link I have no clue what I'm doing and I have no internet now can anybody help me please I can't get a hold of them

A factory reset takes the router back to look like you just received it. You need to follow the same steps as if it was a new router. See the following for the install guide and the user guide. https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/download/archer-c9/v5/
