Model: Deco XE75 Pro
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.2.9 Build 20231225 Rel. 57498

Hello,

I have the Xfinity Gigabit Extra 1.2Gbps plan. I have the Hitron CODA56 multi gig modem. I just bought the Deco XE75 Pro to be able to get to the full speed. I also have a TEROW 2.5G Ethernet Switch.

My connection is CODA56 2.5G output ==> Deco 2.5Gig input ==> Deco gig output ==> a 2.5G port on the TEROW switch.  The whole house is wired with Cat6E. They are all plugged into this switch.

Is the right configuration to get the 1.2Gbps on a harwired connection?  A harwired dell laptop is still capped at 940Mbps and a Dell XPS 8930 desktop with a TP-Link TX201 2.5GB PCIe Network Card tops out at 620 Mbps.

Edit/Update: I have read that XE75Pro cannot provide a multi gig wired network. This was also confirmed by the TP-Link tech support rep last night. They recommended that I go with X55 Pro if multi Gig wired network is my primary goal.

Thanks
