I have 3 Deco XE75 Pro units in "AP Mode". They are connected to a Mikrotek router via RJ45 wall jacks. All cables are cat5e/cat6. Below is my netework toplogy: 

The problem: My wifi is very slow. I pay for 1000mbps/1000mbps symetrical internet service (verified I am getting expected speeds from my ISP). However after setting up the decos, I get 300mbps down / 500mbps up (not sure why this is asymetrical?)

My hardwired clients though the deco are a bit better (870mbps/940mbps). 

I am testing with iPhone 13 Pro and well as MacBook Pros M1 Max (2021) for wifi, and a custom bult PC for hardwired.

Any ideas what might be up here? What improvements could I make? I would like to get 1000mbps up/down from wifi clients.
