I have an EP10 mini plug that I have removed and no longer use and want to remove it from the Kasa app. It shows on the app as "offline". The instructions say to click on it and go to its settings and remove it from there. However, when I click on it (it's currently grayed out) all I get is a pop-up message that says "device Unreachable  Your device may be powered off or out of network range" and then an "OK" button to close the pop-up. It won't do anything else, including opening settings. Any idea how I get rid of it? The plug went bad and I no longer have it.
