Linked my wi-fi extender to Xfinity home network so I could monitory my Generac Mobil link app. Works for for about 24 hours and continously loses connection to generator. I can use the extenderEXT for wifi on phone out by the gen, been told by Generac I have to open ports on the extender, can't see the extender name on my list of active devices on Xfinity app to open ports. I'm not tech savy but gotten no where with Generac and Xfinity 'tech' support. Anyone have suggestions?
