I am a new user. I have an S4 3 pack. The light goes from solid yellow to pulse green, never stopping at blue. I have tried reset and I have used a different unit.

Hi, welcome to the community.

Did it respond to the hardware reset by holding the reset pinhole for 1s? or did the LED still go from solid yellow to pulsing green after reset?

Did you have the same issue when setting up all 3*Deco S4 individually as the main Deco unit?
