I upgraded my phone and I had to re-install the tp-link software. The software doesn't recognize the network and keeps trying to setup a new network

To see and manage your network that is already configured you will need to make sure you are signed in the TP-Link ID that is the "owner" or is a "manager" of the network. Are you signed into to either of these types of accounts?
