Hello and thanks for reading! Just installed XE75 pro(s). Download speed is good, range is good. Updated to the latest public (non-beta) firmware via the app. My upload speeds are ~5mbps. Want to run in AP but tried router mode to see if QoS helped. It did not. Tried to install beta firmware but it won't let me update...

Anything else I can try before I send this back?

Seems like I am stuck on firmware: 1.0.2 Build 20221020 Rel. 40492

Trying to update manually to the beta firmware with the Fios fix fails, and trying to update beyond 1.0.2 from the App or the webui says I am current.

Any suggestions?

I hooked up my old Orbi and the uploads are where they should be.

Hi, welcome to the community.

The beta firmware for Deco XE75 is not suitable for Deco XE75 pro yet.

Could you please send an email to support.forum@tp-link.com with the following details so that I could check with the senior engineers whether another beta firmware could be requested?

1. Verizon Fios internet bandwidth;

2. Wired and Wireless speedtest screenshots directly from the main Deco XE75 pro.
