Hello.  I purchased a c2300 mid-December 2018.  It's a Version 2, and I updated the firmware to the latest version on Dec 16, 2020.

I've setup the router and it's been working well.

Today, however, I tried to setup Dynamic DNS.  First, I attempted using the TP-Link version.  I read some FAQs, and one directed me to bind my router to my TP-Link account via the TP-Link Cloud link in the management console.  Although I can log in at https://www.tplinkcloud.com/index.php just fine, when I attempt to log in through the management console I get an error saying it timed out (almost immediately.)

I have rebooted the router, cleared the cache of IE, Firefox, and Chrome (tried all 3) and performed a voodoo ritual designed to invoke good...   all to no avail.

After take support from your side its working well.
