It has made me do all of this just to see who else has been screwed out of their warranty. It was deemed that I had a bad product after only a month. they stated that they would replace it however want to charge me 314.99 more than what I paid for it at Costco. So I throw a fit and want my money back and they cancelled my RMA....who else has had that happen?
