So I bought this router, along with one of their extenders and I cannot get it to work. All of my devices can see it, but yet none can connect. I have tried their awful technical support chat and was about to throw my phone out the window it was so frustrating. Looking for any help please.

If both WIFI and Ethernet are not working, then the issue may be with the ISP, modem, cable, or you have not got WAN IP from the modem.
I suspect that you need to re-establish the WAN IP. See the second tread on new router not obtaining IP from cable.
@ArcherC8 Ok that worked, THANK YOU!
So now when I try to connect it to the rnag extender, that's when I am getting nothing. My devices, again, see it, but they won't connect to the EXT WiFi option.
