How can I configure the AX6000 Router with two EAP245 Access Points (or vice versa) to show one 2.4 and 5Ghz SSID network?

@Jamar

You will need to log into each unit and set the same SSID and password. The AX6000 and the EAP will not be able to sync settings together.

Log into the AX and go to the Basic tab to change the 2.4GHz and 5GHz:

On page 15 of the EAP Manual will show how to change the SSID: https://static.tp-link.com/2020/202006/20200619/1910012768-EAP%20Series_UG.pdf

In the end, what will happen is your device will jump from one AP to another so there will be a network drop as it transitions. For a truly seamless experience, you would want a mesh network like a Deco system that uses the protocols 802.11k/v/r.
