Model: Archer A7

Hardware Version:

Firmware Version: 1.0.14

Recently installed Archer A7 wifi router. Everything is great except connecting to a Citrix XenApp client for a work utility. Something on the router is refreshing every two minutes exactly and causing the Citrix client to reconnect.

This occurs when connected thru router both wirelessly and wired by ethernet port.

The problem does not exist when connected dorectly to modem by ethernet port.

The problem did not exist with previous wifi router.

What function runs every two minutes, and can it be turned off?

The odd thing with the A7 is that there is not.

Have you tried setting the computer as the DMZ just to see if the firewall may be involved?

I found a Citrix article that talk about session timeouts happening and a possible solution: https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX114117

It does mention modifying the registry which can cause issues if done wrong so I'd be careful or avoid that.
