Model: Archer AX3000
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.0 Build 20190724 rel.39445(5553)

Hi I purchased this router last week and after setup was complete the router worked correctly for a day then the SSID disappears and I lose connection on all of my wifi devices. I have tried reboots, hard reboots, and disconnecting power from the modem with no luck. I returned the router assumign defective and now after setup it worked for about a week and is showing the same symptom. Randomly drops wifi and the SSID is not discoverable by any of my wifi devices. I am not using the smart conenct feature.

Any ideas? I'd very much appreciate the help beforer i abandon the TPLink all together.

@f-85_stealth.

Two different routers with the same exact issues is very odd.

Default the router, and upload the latest firmware even if it is already running the latest. Something may be up with the software.

@Tony

Spent four hours on tech support troubleshooting and trying different things. Nothing worked. I bought an Asus and it worked first time in ten minutes.

@f-85_stealth.

I changed my wireless settings to broadcast in a/b/n/ac. Remove ax and that seemed to work for me. Did that for 2.4ghz and 5g.
