1.3.0 Ethernet LAN Blocked
Upgraded to 1.3.0 about 24 hours ago, and for the last 2 hours I've been fighting to get anything at all online.
After some troubleshooting I think I discovered the issue. I use a Linux server as a pi-hole, and what appears to happen is with that much traffic going to the Ethernet LAN, the Deco M5 completely blocks the Ethernet LAN link.
Ethernet Backhaul from the other Decos drop too, and all my hardwired devices can't get Internet or even a DHCP address! Since all the DNS traffic was going to the pi-hole even the wireless devices all quit working.
For now I've set the DNS servers to default, so I'm getting the upstream server IPs when I check settings on my devices. I'll monitor and see if it does this again without the pi-hole, but I have to say this is a SERIOUS bug in this software. To take down the entire wired LAN like that is beyond heavy handed. If that one device was quarantined as a potential problem, sure that I would understand, but this breaks so much stuff to do this.

I took the URL and added it to a Chrome browser. The link doesn't open an acutal page but instead instantly downloads the Zip file. Can you check your DLs and see if there is a Zip file there?

Those are the 2 folders inside the zip. It is a zip on my computer but for some reason dropbox opens it. Just drag the folder(s) you need to your computer. You can also change the last characters in the link to dl=0 and that will not force the download, There are 3 files in each folder in the zip. LMK, as I will be home the rest of the evening.

Evidently that is a "feature" of Dropbox. Really dumb. https://www.dropboxforum.com/t5/Files-folders/Is-there-a-way-to-choose-whether-zip-files-are-previewing-on-the/m-p/274703#M36476

No it does not download, it is just an internet dead end.
I got the file from the dropbox share and got the image installed on the my 3 Deco units. Time will tell if it is doing better.

So far at least it is no worse. If I turn the "Anti-Virus" on it still kicks all Windows 10 machines off the network in a matter of minutes. I get notification all day long from the app saying each of my machines are quarantined for doing network scanning. It might be Avast Anti-virus doing that, but I haven't confirmed yet.
It's been a busy weekend so I'll update when I get a chance to put the pi-hole back on the LAN side of the network and see what happens.
I also need to see if this has fixed the Roku Premier problem or not, I still have to keep that thing on a seperate WiFi AP as it constantly fights to stay online with the Deco. Been that way since the 1.2.5 firmware.
