Wireless Router Touch P5 -Linksys PAP2 (SIP) Phone does not work

Hardware Version :
Firmware Version : 1.0.2 Build 20160125 Rel. 39062

Wireless Router Touch P5 -Linksys PAP2 (SIP) IP-Phone does not work. Tried the following
1. Network->IPTV->MODE ->Custom -> IP-Phone VLAN ID =2000
2. Assigned LAN 1 to IP-Phone
3. Connected LAN 1 to Linksys PAP2
Still the IP Phone does not work. If connected to older router then IP-Phone works fine. Is there a need to open up port (5060-5061) using virtual Server or other means. Please let me know.
