TL-WA7510 is a 5GHz AP. Its Wi-Fi signal is 5GHz, if you smartphones/computers is not 5GHz-capable, you won't see its Wi-Fi.

Of course position matters. Make sure there is no walls/obstructions between the AP and your client devices. 5GHz signal can be easily blocked by obstructions. Metal and glass are wifi killers....
