TL-WA7510 is a 5GHz AP. Its Wi-Fi signal is 5GHz, if you smartphones/computers is not 5GHz-capable, you won't see its Wi-Fi.

1. Log in 7510, disable DFS. 2. Make sure your device is 5GHz capable. Only 5GHz capable devices can see 7510's wifi

Of course position matters. Make sure there is no walls/obstructions between the AP and your client devices. 5GHz signal can be easily blocked by obstructions. Metal and glass are wifi killers....
