@CenterInYou it looks like this update is slowly available via OTA, the best way to update quickly is to download it from TP-Link support and update manually.

I was also able to update successfully using available firmware on the French TP-Link support page. OTA did not show any update. I still have more disconnection notifications than I had with 1.6,...
