@Kingdaveontour1 because simple is not TP-Link, try by contacting support using the app. And check the option to send system logs. They answer very quickly. They should provide you a fix.

@TP-Link I confirm the fix for antivirus. Same for the monthly report. Even if there is still a strange point: I have a warning to tel me I have not changed my wi-fi password for more than a year...
