NC200 not connecting to Windows 10

NC200 not connecting to Windows 10

I have configured the NC200 camera on the network, and I can browse the HTTP page, but I cannot see the Video in the Live View, installed the ie-plugin.
And the desktop camera control management application can detect the NC200 camera, but the video again is not shown, and just Connecting text appears on the video feed area.
I havent registered it with the TPlink cloud, as I need to record the files locally.
Can get the video to stream or view from the web ui, what have i missed?
