I have been using this camera for more than 3 years, than I need to change wifi access point

howevere apparently administrative web page cannot be accessed anymore giving error:

"Connection Reset" on firefox and IE

I've tried:
Firefox 30 thru 47
IE 6 thru IE 11

connection is successfully established, because the browser displays "user and password" dialog
then after I entered the password, webpage failed to load

I have another device (SC-3137) which apparently have the same problem

I believe this problem is related to the current time/year because those devices is operating normally
back then

anyone could help ?

I have wireshark recordings of the problem if it can be useful, It shows a series of SSL negotiation failure
ended with FIN/RST
