No stream and no video even accessing by Firefox/Internet Explorer

Model : NC200
Hardware Version : V1
Firmware Version : 2.1.6
I am not able to acess video stream by VLC Player. Password Base64 is correct because when I put a wrong password, VLC ask me password again and If I put correct password, VLC stop asking me the password. In VLC I got this erro message:
http error: error: HTTP/1.0 503 Service Unavailable
http error: error: HTTP/1.0 503 Service Unavailable
access_mms error: error: HTTP/1.0 401 Unauthorized
core error: open of `http://10.1.1.71:8080/stream/getvideo' failed
Using BlueIris software I got the same message of VLC:
HTTP 503 Service Unavailable
When I tried to access video, not the url stream, by a Internet Explorer I get messagem "authentication error".
What should I do to solve this problem ? I think it is related to last firmware.... but I cant downgrade it to old one.
