NC220 not connecting to Android

I just bought the NC220 camera and was trying to get it connected to my network, but with no luck.
Wired or wireless the green light comes on on the camera but when I try to add the camera it does the searching and then gives me the "Oops! No Camera Found" message.
Any idea.
I tried the search on the forum but with no luck.
