NC220 Cloud Setting : Account sign-up failed

I keep getting " Account sign-up failed" when trying to create a cloud account. I tried the web interface, the windows setup, iOS app and the android app and I always get the same response.
My internet connection is working and the camera is visible on the internet (using NAT).
