Hi,

 

For the past two months I am trying to buy RVA100 vacuum robot accessories kit (filter, side brush, main brush) for my vacuum robot and I am unable to buy the same from your website. I also came to know from your local dealers that you have planned to discontinue this product. Also my vacuum robot is still under extended warrantly and it's been less than 1.5 years since I had bought your product. As a customer I feel really unfair that you have planned to discontinue this product, leaving customers like us to scrap your product at our home if you are not going to provide the accessories kit. Can we expect this to come in stock again or is it true that you have planned to discontinue this product ?. 

Looking forward to hearing from TP-link team.

Usually, the accessory package can be found at the same store where you purchased your robot vacuum. If unavailable, you may check other officially authorized retailers. TP-Link Where To Buy  Or, consult local TP-Link support. 

 

Product availability varies across different countries and regions. Currently, no discontinued labels are shown on TP-Link official website for the robot vacuums. For specific after-sales policies, we recommend contacting the local support team for assistance.

Hi  @Wayne-TP 

Thanks for your reply. Neither in the TPlink store nor in other online retail stores like Amazon, etc. this RVA 100 product is not available. Also I have already contacted the local support team here at India and they are not able to deliver this product since it is out of stock and they are not mentioning any tentative dates when this product will again be available in the store. 

I was worried if this product is discontinued since it is out of stock in the TP-link website for more than 2 months.
