C210 does not show any motion detection on playback
C210 does not show any motion detection on playbacks. Also missing footage (like a minute) in every hour. I have received notification of motion detection but it cannot show on playbacks.
I have already reset or restart the device but not helping.

1. Please go to the camera's Device Settings > Storage & Recording > Recording Schedule page and send us a picture of this page.
2. What's the model number, format, and capacity of the inserted SD card? Please try to remove the SD card from the camera, insert it again, and check if it helps.
3. You can also try to format the SD card on the Tapo app and check if it will solve the reported issue.

the record schedule is attached. the model of my sd card is Kingston Canvas select plus, 128gb, micro sd. I have already formatted my sd card. It still doesn't work.

2. Please send us a picture of the camera's Playback page.
3. Please refer to the instructions below to collect the camera log for analysis.
