The camera freezes during live broadcast.

Since the last firmware update the camera freezes while recording. It remains frozen for 3-4 seconds permanently

Hi,
1. Please ensure the Tapo app is up to date. If not, uninstall the Tapo app and reinstall it for a try.
2. Does the camera freeze when you record the video manually on the camera's Live View page? Can you send us a video showing the reported issue?
(You can upload the video to your cloud server(such as Google Drive), generate a link to download it, and send me(@Solla-topee) the link via a private message.)
3. Please check if the problem remains when you watch the camera and record the video with another phone.
