I just bought two Tapo C211.
After setting up, one gets an update to firmware version 1.4.4 and another only gets version 1.3.11.
Both of them have hardware v2.0.
How can I get update version 1.4.4 for the other one?

Since the new official firmware(v1.4.4) of the Tapo C211 is being released gradually, it's normal that some Tapo C211 do not detect the latest firmware. In this case, we suggest you wait patiently for the new firmware to be released to your camera.
