KP303 outlet stays on

One of the outlets on my KP303 stays on, the relay can be heard to operate, and controlled from the App.
It was/is supplying a Laptop charger, that when plugged into a live socket sometimes sparks!

Do you mean this outlet doesn't turn off the appliance? Try to unplug the smart plug for some time. You can also try to factory reset the device: long-press any of the control button for about 10s till the SYS led blinking orange.
