I have my doorbell set up and working. Notifications are being sent to my android phone when activity is detected (set for person only) but I really only want notification when doorbell is pressed i.e. ringcall only. If I turn notifications off, the ringcall doesn't work. Can I get one without the other? If not, can I put in a service request to add that feature. Thanks in advance
You can set the doorbell to wake-up by the doorbell pressed event only: doorbell Device Settings page in the Tapo app > Detection > Wake-up Settings.
