I have 6 KASA HS220's and 5 of them work like a charm. However the 6th one is having issues - no matter how many times I reset, power on and off, or hold reset for minutes at a time, the blinking circle will not switch to the wifi symbol. When I try to connect using wifi setup mode on the blinking circle, it initially connects to my home network but then during the second phase it fails to connect every time. When I try using Bluetooth mode, it quickly fails to find any device at all. At this point I think I'm dealing with a dud because I don't know of any other way to get the wifi symbol to show up. Help!

Check whether all of your HS220 are the same hardware version. Devices with different hardware versions may have variations in configuration methods and appearance. You may double-check the configuration method of this switch on its package box. How to find the hardware version on a TP-Link device

 

What's the status of the circle led before the setup? What's the error message you receive?
