Hi. I'm currently sharing cameras with a family member. Storage is on the cloud..but the shared person doesn't have access to recordings..whilst I can. 

They can watch live but no recordings..

Any idea how to resolve this.

Hi,
The shared account has limited access to the Tapo camera, and it's unable to see the cloud video clips of the camera. For the feature request, it's recommended to vote and leave your usage scenario in the thread "When sharing webcams with my family members they cannot see the cloud videos" for evaluation.
 

Currently, if you store the video recordings to the SD card inserted into the camera, the shared account is able to watch them.
