Hello, I bought a new heater for my leaving room, it does have a digital panel where I control it manually. Issue is, my smart plug does give it power on and off, however, the device does not start as I wanted. Does the digital panel stop this actions or there is some feature on the plug that I'm missing? The device is a Becken BCTH7548.

Thank you.

It seems like this heater is not a plug and play type. The smart plug only controls the power supply, it can't manage the appliance that requires extra operations to function after powering on.
