I have recently bought 2 no. C425 kit cameras.
One is charging through the solar panel after installation - the other is not.
I have swapped the panels around and still the same issue.
Both solar panels have 100% clear view of the sky.
What should i do?

Note that the camera has battery protection, once it's fully charged, the next charging starts when the battery level drops to a certain level, around 80 to90%.
